These terms govern purchases made through shop.estellewalters.com (the “Shop”), operated by Estelle Walters. By placing an order you agree to them. The Shop sells digital products only; nothing on this site is shipped physically.
1. What you are buying
Every product in the Shop is a digital file or collection of files — guides, templates, presets, workbooks and similar materials. You are purchasing a personal, non-transferable licence to use that material. You are not purchasing the copyright.
2. Delivery
Download links are made available immediately after payment is confirmed. They appear on the order confirmation page, are emailed to the address you provide at checkout, and remain available under My Account → Downloads. It is your responsibility to enter a working email address; if your links do not arrive, check your spam folder and then contact us.
3. Licence and permitted use
- You may use the material for your own personal or internal business purposes.
- You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the files, in whole or in part.
- You may not republish the material as your own work, or use it to create a competing product.
- Any licence granted here terminates if these terms are breached.
4. Payment
Prices are shown in US Dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe; card details are handled by Stripe and are never stored on this site. Your bank may apply a currency conversion or foreign transaction fee, which is outside our control.
5. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Availability and changes
We may add, withdraw, or revise products at any time. Where a product you have bought is materially updated, we will make the updated version available to you at no extra cost wherever practical. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Shop.
7. Liability
The materials are provided for information and inspiration. They do not constitute professional, financial, medical, or legal advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
8. Privacy
Personal data collected at checkout is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
